1. LIMITED WARRANTY
Manufacturer warrants the original purchaser that the UHF WM-1 Wireless Microphone System (the "Product") will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the "Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Manufacturer will, at its option, either:
(a) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
(b) exchange the Product with a new or refurbished product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original Product.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.
Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Manufacturer.
Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Manufacturer.
A Product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Manufacturer.
Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
2. LIMITED LIABILITY
In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Product, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if Manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
The total liability of Manufacturer for any claim arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Product, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product.
3. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Manufacturer's customer service department during the Warranty Period to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The Product must be returned, freight prepaid, in its original packaging or a similarly protective package, to the address provided by Manufacturer. You must include a copy of the original receipt and a clear description of the problem.
