Have your in-ear monitors seen better days? Well we can clean, test, and repair them back to their former glory.  We now offer a flat rate fee to help make repairing your old InEarz simple and faster.  The flat rate cost does not cover Reshelling Service or apply to in-ear monitors that are considered a "total loss" due to excessive damage.  If deemed a total loss they are considered not repairable.

If you are requesting a repair for a sound issue, please send BOTH left and right sides to ensure a balanced sound after the repair is complete.

-Some restrictions can apply and InEarz Audio has the right to refuse service. If we cannot repair them we will notify you.
-*We only accept InEarz Audio branded in-ear monitors, DO NOT send third party products to us.

Great Fix

Timely repair and return. Ears are working great. My only little complaint would be that the ears tend to break quite easily. This is my third time to return for repair. But in fairness, I’ve had them for a long time.

OK warranty service….but on an 18 month old Set if IEMs?

Let me preface my review by saying that I have been a IEM user for 25 years and I’ve had all of the major brands (UE, InEarz, Shure, Westone, 64Audio, Gotilla Ears, etc…so I speak from a place of experience.

The service was simply “ok”. No email confirmation of receipt of my IEMs when I sent them in, no email or call for an update on timeline for repair. That’s mediocre, in my opinion. Especially since I paid for the repair.

In addition, the IEMs were 18 months old with a grand total of maybe 30 uses and I had a failure. Seems like poor quality for something that runs $1500. I’ve had failures before…but never that quickly. Ultimately, I purchased another set of moulded IEMs within the past week, but I went with Ultimate Ears due to the not-so-great build quality and service of InEarz.
